who is Promise Tamang Phan?

hey people...a few hours ago..lepas jalan2 kat youtube...sje usha video tutorial on makeup..then i came across this youtube channel which i found it very interesting..the owner is Promise Tamang Phan..her video is not like any other makeup tutorial...which mostly shows day makeup, night makeup, natural makeup etc...her video shows tutorial on how to transform yourself to be a celebrity or movie character look alike..sangat2 tertarik dgn video die...hehe...you can watch her video here...
